Photographer notes: This lot has beautiful views from all
directions and is centrally located in the development. An open feeling to
the lot with some very tall old trees located around the building site.
This lot is adjacent to the pool and recreational area, making for very
convenient access to the recreational area. Great ocean, valley and
mountain views with gentle breezes. Great light views in the night, can see cruise ships when they come
